09 Aug Try Diving or Snorkeling at CTC’s Center for Marine Conservation

Discover the rich marine biodiversity of the Coral Triangle by taking a specialty course at CTC’s Coral Diving School. Each course is taught by marine conservationists who are specialists in the coral reefs of Indonesia and the Coral Triangle region. The courses offered include Basic Snorkeling, Try Scuba, Marine Ecology, and Basic Underwater Photography. Through these courses students are taking their first steps in exploring the magnificent world below the ocean’s surface.

The Basic Snorkeling and Try Scuba courses are suitable for beginners who want to experience snorkeling and scuba diving in Bali. Students are introduced to the equipment and skills needed to snorkel and dive safely and responsibly. Through the Marine Ecology course students can learn more about underwater life and the ecosystems in the Coral Triangle. By joining a Basic Underwater Photography course, certified divers will be introduced to underwater camera equipment, techniques and codes of conduct for underwater photography.

Proceeds from these courses will support marine conservation projects across the Coral Triangle region. By joining Coral Diving School, students are not only learning new skills, but directly contributing to the protection of reefs and marine life.
