19 Aug CTC Joins Pandu Laut Nusantara Beach Clean Up

The Pandu Nusantara Beach Clean Up activity was in initiative of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF) as a massive and simultaneous activity in 73 beach spots in Indonesia to mark the country’s 73rd Independence Day on 19 August, 2018. CTC took part in the program and assisted MMAF in Bali to organize the activity in Mertasari Beach in Sanur. CTC also was involved in the ceremonial program by providing live music during the activity. The event was a success and reached out to a mass of communities. We hope that more people will become aware about the importance of waste management to protect our coast lines and oceans from the plastic pollution.
