30 Apr CTC Center for Marine Conservation Development in Full Swing

By the end of April 2017, we are happy to announce that the construction of the CTC Center for Marine Conservation has reached 52% progress The 4.5 meter-depth dive training pool has undergone a leaking test and the support facilities are now in the finishing stage. The wooden structures for the training pavilions have been installed and the fixtures will soon be added.

This month, Mr. George Tahija, Chair of CTC Board of Trustees visited the construction site to assess the center’s development. We also welcomed Mr. Suseno Sukoyono, Advisor to the Minister of Marine Affairs & Fisheries Indonesia, who visited the site to view the progress of the training pavilion development. We hope to complete the construction in the next few months and open our doors to the public in August 2017. Photo Credit: CTC
