Goal 5. Be an inspirational regional hub for marine conservation

Build our organization, as well as our physical center in Bali, to serve as an inspirational regional hub and knowledge center of excellence for training programs and outreach activities on the marine resources of the Coral Triangle.

Building effective and enduring nonprofits in our countries is a difficult task. It requires an unremitting attention to effective programming, an uncompromising drive for results, excellent national and international fundraising skills, and inspired people on the Board and staff.  The Coral Triangle Center recognizes that we cannot successfully pursue our goals, unless we successfully build our institution for the long term.   We have chosen to embark on an ambitious adventure to be agents of change.  We recognize that our own boat has to be watertight, sleek, and able to handle rough seas.
